      Position Summary: The Quality Improvement Nurse will assist in the Clinical Quality Management Program, Performance Improvement activities and education for this facility. Reporting to the VP of Performance Improvement and Risk Management, the individual will be responsible for assisting in the measurement and monitoring of patient care within the Medical Center by chart review. It is expected that the employee will demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values. The employee shall support the facility’s Strategic Plan, as well as the Goals and Direction Performance.


      Current Florida RN License
      Graduate of an accredited R.N. School of Nursing
      Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
      Minimum 1-3 years recent experience within an acute clinical practice or related healthcare position.
      Thorough knowledge of multi-disciplinary, organizational, and clinical aspects of patient care delivery
      Knowledge of PC-based computer software, ie: Word, Excel, & Access a plus
