Cedars-Sinai Health System, the Department of Neuroscience has a opening for a Clinical Program Coordinator, RN.

You will provide clinical and administrative leadership for the department by serving as the primary coordinator for all aspects of patient care and case management. This includes supervisory oversight of clinical and research nursing staff. You will help develop and implement operational/educational projects and clinical guidelines for performance improvement and RN staff orientation/training. You will also participate in research and community outreach activities and in the collection/documentation of data to ensure regulatory compliance. We’re looking to you to represent the department on hospital committees and at state/national conferences. The position involves providing direct nursing care requiring that you maintain a high level of clinical competency.

Qualification Requirements/Preferences:
Education Certifications/Licensure Experience Physical Abilities

To qualify, you will have a BSN, a current California Registered Nurse License, AHA BCLS, specialty certification and 3-5 years of nursing experience, preferably with neurosurgical/neurology patients. You must have a strong case management background and the ability to communicate effectively with persons of various cultural and educational backgrounds. ACLS certification preferred.
