Supports ANCs Mission, Values, Strategic Goals and high standards of customer service. Consistently lives People First behaviors.
Adheres to the Corporate Compliance Program, including confidentiality of HIPAA protected health information.
Provides care following the plan of treatment and patient care plan.
Establishes a care plan for continued needs based on the client assessment.
Reports changes in patient condition to appropriate personnel and the attending physician.
Provides patient care education to clients and other caregivers.
Participates in coordination of services with other disciplines and community resources as needed.
Evaluates and revises care plans/assessment sheets based on changes in patients and/or the environment.
When providing private duty or staffing in a facility, follows the signin procedure and the policies and procedures for that particular institution.
Provides paraprofessional supervision as required by policy and regulations.
Completes and submits all required documentation in a timely manner.
Demonstrates sensitivity to patient and/or family needs, customs or feelings.
Maintains confidentiality of client information.
Participates in case conferences.
Follows policies and procedures of the company.
Arrives at scheduled time and completes assignments.
Recognizes emergencies and has knowledge of emergency procedures.
Maintains a good attendance and tardy record per ANC policies. Reports absences to supervisor prior to the scheduled start time according to policy.
Attends inservices or special case orientations.
Maintains productivity standards.
Maintains availability requirements.
Participates in oncall rotation as required.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Currently licensed to practice in the state serviced.
One year of nursing experience required.
One year of hospital nursing experience preferred.
Must obtain and maintain current CPR Certification (all locations).

Conditions of Employment
Your work schedule includes a mixture of days,evenings and weekends.

In addition to your work schedule,on call includes:
1 W/E per month on call: starts 5p.m. Friday thru 8:00a.m. Monday.
Our service area includes Montgomery, Butler, Champaign,Greene,Clinton and Preble Counties.
