Responsible for providing nursing care to patients in their home environment.

The above wage range reflects the minimum, midpoint and maximum hourly rate for this position. New employees are hired between the minimum and midpoint of this range. The initial wage offered will be based on qualifications and experience.
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing or equivalent
One-year experience as a registered nurse in a clinical setting preferred. Acute care and home care experience preferred.
The position may involve irregular hours and long periods of standing or sitting. Should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and will seek assistance when heavier objects need to be lifted. Possible exposure to communicable diseases, body fluids, toxic substances, ionizing radiation, medicinal preparations, and other conditions common to a hospital environment. May be exposed to infectious specimens, diseases, soiled laundry, lifting and handling of heavy patients, but potential for personal harm or injury to self or others is limited when proper safety and health precautions are followed. External applicants, as well as position incumbents who become disabled, must be able to perform the essential functions, either unaided or with the assistance of a reasonable accommodation to be determined on a case by case basis.
Current license in good standing as a registered nurse in the State of South Carolina is required. Current BLS or must obtain certification prior to providing patient care. Must have a valid South Carolina driver’s license, reliable transportation and proof of valid automobile liability licensure.
