Utilizes a systematic approach to nursing practice incorporating: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, thus providing continuing health care to individuals, families, and communities within the RN scope of practice as defined by the Illinois Nurse Practice Act.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree)
Current Registered Nurse Licensure in the State of Illinois. BLS Certification.
2 years of RN experience, preferrably in an ambulatory setting.
Demonstrates clinical competencies in providing direct patient care and
patient and family education as well as assisting the provider in the delivery
of patient care. Demonstrates leadership and organizational skills with the
ability to communicate effectively and collaboratively with others.
