(EMP).Together, Sarnova offers more than 100,000 healthcare products to thousands of emergency care providers, hospitals and advanced patient-care facilities nationwide.Summary: The Bound Tree Medical Regional Sales Manager isresponsible for leading sales activities in the ­­­­­Southwest region includingstrategy and corresponding tactics implementation, year over year revenuegrowth, region profitability, and support and direction for Account Managers. This territory covers AZ, NM, TX,OK, andAR. Essential Duties andResponsibilities: · Leads execution of strategies and tactics thatmobilize the Southwest Regional Sales team to achieve their annual sales andgross profit dollar quotas.· Directs and administers established sales processesand metrics for increased productivity, profitable revenue growth, and customersatisfaction.· Collaborates with the Vice President of Sales todevelop regions quarterly and annual sales goals and objectives by productline.· Monitors and communicates to Account Managers andBound Tree Leadership team regions progress against sales objectives.Makes appropriate and timely decisions to ensure performance is trackingto or exceeding plans.· Collaborates with Vice President of Sales inadministering the sales compensation plan and determining individual AccountManagers annual sales quotas.· Develops and sustains relationships with key customersand suppliers to stay abreast of current and emerging customerneeds.· Stays abreast of regional market to stay current oncustomer needs, volume potential and pricing requirements.· Takes an active role in developing direct reportsthrough individual performance feedback, team meetings, stretch assignments,regional sales meetings and national salesmeetings.· Empowers self and others through effective,collaborative relationships that accomplish sales objectives and creates an openand supportive work environment.· Ensures sales team is equipped with the tools andresources to drive profitable revenue growth.· Is a participative member of the Sales Leadershipteam.

We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) Plan.Qualifications: · Bachelors Degree in Business or relatedfield· Minimum five (5) years field sales experience with aproven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quota within assignedterritory· Minimum three (3) years sales management experiencewith a preference of 5+ years · Managing sales teams in the medicaldistribution, device, diagnostic or related fields is preferred but not requiredSkills/ExperienceRequired: · Ability to build and sustain a cohesive field basedsales team and facilitates sales quota attainment.· Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven abilityto build trust, gain support, and influence others.· Demonstrated competency in coaching for businessresults, empowerment of others, leading and managing change, relationshipbuilding, and problem solving.· Results-oriented, self-motivated leader who can workin a team environment, as well as, make independentdecisions.· Sound judgment and analytical skills with demonstratedability to analyze complex problems and develop alternativesolutions.· Ability to plan and forecast sales on an individualand regional level.· Strong PC skills and proficiency with Microsoft OfficeSuite.· Impeccable interpersonal skills appropriate toaudience and selling situation.· Strong negotiation skills with a record of favorableoutcomes that are mutually advantageous to Company, supplier andcustomerSupervises: 8 AccountManagersSarnova is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
