Robison & Smith is one of the largest and most up-to-date commercial laundry and drycleaning operations in New York State. Our Textile Services division delivers linen, uniform, and other facility services to customers across the state.
As a Route Sales & Service Representative (RSSR) you will be responsible for:
- Focusing on servicing and growing our existing Customer base from a R&S company-provided delivery vehicle
- Understanding our operation as a whole - from soil to clean
- Working closely with our Sales Team in both inside sales and outside sales
- Identifying potential leads for additional business
- Building strong relationships with our existing customers
- Understanding our customers' operations
- Cross-selling additional R&S products/solutions
*A CDL (Commercial Driver License) is NOT required for this position.
- Proven ability to exceed Customer expectations
- Must be a good communicator with the ability to sell
- Detail Oriented
- Ability to pickup and deliver Clean/Soiled Linen, Uniforms and Mats
- Clean driving record (a DMV check will be required)
- Route delivery experience a plus
- Warehouse, logistics, or transportation background ideal
- Comfortable using technology (such as handheld computers)
