Center for Diagnostic Imaging (CDI), is a national organization with an unsurpassed reputation for quality, advanced imaging services, subspecialty radiologists, and thoughtful, patient-centered care. CDI has a full-time, benefits eligible position in our Avon location for a Radiologis/DTI Technologists. Hours are 5 days/week, 8:00 - 4:30.
This position is responsible for assuring that services are provided to patients and referring specialists within professional standards and maintaining positive work relationships with radiologists and other physicians referring to the company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Creates a positive experience for every customer, every day by believing in and practicing the CDI Experience
Assists the radiologist in injection procedures by preparing the room and operating the C-ARM during the procedure.
Produces diagnostic images in assigned area and performs quality control tasks as assigned
Promotes and motivates good customer relations with patients, physicians, visitors, and other company personnel
Participates in staff meetings with employee involvement
Assists in maintaining an updated radiographic protocol manual
Maintains an orderly and clean work area to promote good safety habits for patients and co-workers

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
ARRT registered technologist, current and in good standing
Graduate of the American Medical Association (AMA) approved school of radiography Licensed Radiological Technologist in the appropriate state, if applicable
Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
2-3 years experience as a DTI Technologist with prior pain management experience strongly preferred.
Must have training and experience sufficient to competently perform radiographic procedures independently
