A great opportunity for a food and beverage professional in a high volume, dynamic restaurant!
Ranch House manager insures the day to day operations of the facility are maintained to Vail Resort’s brand standards. Responsible for the F&B service operation of the John Colter Ranch House Restaurant & Café Court Restaurant. Responsible for the financial success of the restaurants and for daily training of staff for the Ranch House Restaurant. Coordinate daily with the Location Chef & GTLC Executive Chef to communicate all menu concerns, service timing and special requests. You have specific responsibilities within these areas and are expected to understand them. This position generally works a 40-48 hour work week, mid May through September.
Required to live on site at Colter Bay Village
Good basic computer skills
Professional knowledge of food and beverage operations
Point of Sale software familiarization
Outstanding leadership skills
2-3 years of previous management experience
Experience managing multiple high volume food and beverage outlets
Knowledge of InfoGenesis POS system
