Role Description Real Estate - Property Tracking Role Location Palo Alto, CA Scope of Tasks There will be two consultants support this request. A Real Estate consultant and a MM consultant. Customer is looking for some help for tracking some of their property. They would prefer to have a consultant who has experiences on “Government Property Tracking” from any companies out there.
That person should be able to recommend right tool and process design. They have detailed documentation on the requirement and would like the consultant to come in propose a solution and create the function design spec with them. Comments The objective of this effort is to find a viable information management and reporting tool for the purpose of meeting the organization’s property tracking requirements. The requirement is to be able to track property or materials in the three business process areas where such need is applicable (i) tracking of property acquired with government funds (ii) tracking of property acquired with RD monies and (iii) maintaining inventory of hazardous materials.
