Real Estate Portfolio Administration provides project support, space administration, fixed asset management, lease and sublease administration and financial reporting for Oracle’s global real estate portfolio. Real Estate Portfolio Administration’s overall objective is to provide consistent, accurate, and timely site and portfolio information to ensure real estate costs and space are managed and allocated efficiently and effectively.
This position will assist Oracle’s Global Real Estate Portfolio Administration team with various administrative and project related tasks.
This position will be responsible for assisting the Real Estate Lease Administration team with various administrative tasks, such as: scanning, filing, printing, and organizing lease related documents and invoices. Organizing and updating lease related files and management of off-site document storage. Assisting with various ad hoc Lease Admin related projects including data entry and research in Oracle’s Property Manager application. This position will assist with Real Estate Project Coordination tasks, such as project updates and close-outs, utilizing Oracle’s Real Estate Project Management tracking applications, Oracle Accounts Payable, Procurement, and Fixed Assets. This position will also help with Oracle’s real estate fixed asset tracking and management and other general ad hoc projects.
5+ years administrative and data entry/management experience. Ability to multi-task. High degree of organization; ability to prioritize tasks. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Attention to detail. Problem solving skills. Resourcefulness. Extensive computer experience, especially Excel and Word.

This involves the maintenance of lease data, payment of rent and operating expenses, and the implementation of new leases associated with M & A activities. Conducts audits of payments against lease provisions to ensure SOX compliance and expense control. Communicates with landlords and facility managers as needed.
