Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations
Governance of outsourced service providers to execute facilities management and project management services in multiple countries / locations for the Motorola Solutions Americas region including Canada, Latam & South America locations (5.4 MSF @ 110+ locations).
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study or equivalent experience
10 -15+ years of Facilities management and project management experience
5 + years experience in real estate transaction activity / coordination with FM & Project Management efforts
Leadership experience in matrixes organizations
Experience in global real estate organizations utilizing outsourced suppliers
Excellent presentation skills utilizing Microsoft suite of applications
Strong communications skills both written and verbal
Multi Lingual – (not required but advantageous) English & Spanish
Effectively manage the relationship with the outsourced real estate service provider ensuring delivery of daily operations, budget compliance, resolution of business requirements, and implementation of cost savings initiatives. Ensure performance and service levels are met or exceeded.
Maintain the monthly operational site budgets (~$100M annually) and execute regional capital projects (~$20 M annually) within scope, schedule and budget.
Utilize the supplier resources to develop site strategies for the Motorola Solutions regional real estate activities.
Monitor & modify the supplier delivery of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) related to execution of Facilities Management & Project Management in the Americas region.
Lead cost reduction efforts, reduce site level real estate business risks, and develop regional real estate operational strategies.
