Research, organize, document, monitor, manage, and implement strategic projects as assigned by CEO and / or Board of Directors while adhering to strict and established project timelines. Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Participate, document and contribute research to AlohaCare’s Strategic Visioning Teams and their goals. Allow for flexibility to assist AC Leadership Team and perform other tasks as assigned.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and establish overall strategy for projects and create and maintain all supporting project documentation.
Manage communication and ensure distribution of documentation to staff participating on project when necessary and appropriate.
Identify and implement project concepts and processes to facilitate project completion.
Develops project scope ensuring project stays within defined direction and goals.
Assists in the coordination and organization of activities by collaborating with internal and external resources.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Competencies and Qualifications:
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Project management skills.
Must be capable of working under tight deadlines, with the flexibility to work on several projects concurrently.
Experience with computer systems and software programs (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross functional teams a must.
Ability to work independently in the absence of supervision a must.
Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education, professional training and / or work experience which demonstrates the capability to perform the functions of the position.
Preferred Competencies and Qualifications:
One to three years’ related experience or equivalent.
Prior health care experience a plus.
