The Arrabelle is a luxury Vail hotel ideally located in the heart of the much-acclaimed Vail Square . The F&B Receiving Clerk is responsible for monitoring and receiving incoming orders throughout the resort, processing orders in a professional manner, and the distribution to the outlets in a timely manner. This position will ensure adherence to established receiving, stock rotation, requisition and sanitation and security procedures. Responsible for shipping guest packages and in-house needs in coordination with resort operations. This position will ensure that all food items received meet the approved criteria established by the hotel Food and Beverage/Purchasing Departments. The position will work with chemicals and toxic material when checking supplies into storeroom area and making deliveries.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous culinary experience prefered.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Preferred Skills:
  • Culinary degree/certificate preferred.
  • Previous culinary experience prefered.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish preferred.
  • Current certification in state Professional Food Handler Program preferred.
