Acting as a key front desk representative of the Reliant Medical Group Human Resources function and in many cases the very first point of contact and interaction with our team. Must model exemplary customer service behaviors and skills and will assist a multitude of individuals in the organization. This individual will essentially be the central contact point for human resources and leverage good judgment in facilitating calls, inquiries, visits and other issues that may arise. Will also work in an administrative support capacity assisting Staffing and other HR projects.
Experience and Technical Skills Required:
- 2 - 3 years in a corporate professional business environment. HR experience preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience using MS Office suite. Excellent MS Excel and MS Word skills a must. PowerPoint and Outlook are a plus.
- Previous experience or exposure to a corporate or departmental switchboard system.
- Proven experience servicing demanding customers where maintaining a calm demeanor and high customer service standards were required.
- Experience multitasking on many projects at once with a strong ability to switch gears and pick back up where they left off.
