Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic, motivated and
professional individual to wear the many hats our
growing company needs. This position will sit in the
reception area and will be the first person our clients
and guests will meet.
General Job Duties
You will be expected to be at the Front Desk during our
regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00
Receptionist/Administrative Assistant/ Office Manager
  • Responsible for phones and front desk
  • Responsible for office supplies
  • Responsible for break room supplies and general
appearance of the office environment
  • Responsible for scheduling and management of
conference rooms
  • Other general duties related to this type of work
Sales/Executive Support
  • Book travel for executives and sales personnel
  • Assist with Expense Reports
  • Assist with PowerPoint presentations and other
Microsoft Office related work in support of execs and
the sales team
  • Assist with scheduling key meetings, executive
briefings, pertinent offsite meetings
  • Assist with Marketing / Event Planning
Accounting Support
  • Assist with Accounts Payable
Assist other departments and functions as requested
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Characteristics,
Specific Education and Experience
  • Experience with accounting, sales and/or marketing
(event planning) a major plus. An eagerness to assist in
these areas and others is essential.
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
