Answer and direct telephone and onsite inquiries from general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties; monitor and document visitor access to the building; provide general clerical support to Facilities, Operations, and other areas as needed.
Answer telephone, screen/direct calls, take and relay messages
Provide information to callers and handle queries from the public and customers
Greet, receive and register visitors as they enter the building, issue visitor badges
Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
Receive/sort mail and deliveries
Maintain the reception area
Provide general clerical support to Facilities and Operations, and other departments as needed
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Must have the ability to adopt a working knowledge of company policies and procedures as they pertain to day-to-day operations and general administrative functions within the organization.
Three to five years experience as receptionist or similar position
Must consistently use good interpersonal skills; greet visitors and employees with professional courtesy and friendliness; work collaboratively with employees at all levels within IRP; have good verbal and written communication skills; use discretion with sensitive information.
