Will greet, direct and provide assistance to employees, job applicants and visitors; answer and direct multi-line phones; sort, open and distribute mail, email and packages; and fax and photocopy documents. Will also provide basic clerical support including data entry, filing and scanning; and perform other related duties and tasks as required or assigned.

Required Experience

Requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 1-2 years of receptionist/customer service experience in a professional environment, or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been attained.

Requires a professional demeanor and strong customer service skills along with excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills. Must be reliable and dependable.

Must have professional proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn department-specific computer systems as needed.

The hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. The selected candidate must be able to reliably adhere to the scheduled hours.
