This position serves as the receptionist for the Office of Sponsored Research which is a busy, deadline-driven, customer service focused central administrative unit. Duties will include answering and triaging phone calls and taking messages, greeting visitors to the office, delivering and sending mail and FedEx packages, assisting with filing, booking conference rooms, assisting with receipt and assignment of incoming proposals, and completing other administrative tasks for the office as assigned.
Education and Experience
Position requires previous administrative experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and ability to interact with staff, customers, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
