Job Description

Lucky Vitamin Corporation, a Top 500 eCommerce company specializing in the health and wellness field is expanding operations and has an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant who is able to multitask and handle a wide variety of responsibilities.

This position will be a Receptionist at its base but also handle a multitude of tasks from Administrative Assistant duties (creation of reports/memos/administrative projects) to working as a clerical assistant for several Departments at our Corporate Headquarters.

Obviously the ability to multitask is of a critical nature. Position will be full time, Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm.

General Responsibilities:

Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Supply information as directed regarding the Company to the general public, clients and customers. Assist various departments with Administrative Tasks including Purchase Orders and Data Maintenance.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

answer telephone, screen and direct calls
take and relay messages
provide information to callers
greet persons entering the office
direct persons to correct destination
ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
general administrative and clerical support for various departments
prepare letters and documents for various departments
receive and sort mail and deliveries
organize meetings as necessary
tidy and maintain the reception area
provide administrative assistance to various departments

Job Requirements

Education and Experience

high school diploma required
prior experience with administrative and clerical procedures
prior experience with receptionist duties in an office environment
knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
knowledge of customer service principles and practices
keyboard skills
