Authority is delegated to the individual in this position to:|
screen telephone calls and route to the appropriate individual or department
answer all questions promptly, courteously and accurately
route all deliveries to appropriate departments
obtain information, when appropriate and relay information to appropriate individual(s)
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be a graduate of an accredited high school or have the equivalent of a high school diploma (G.E.D. certificate).
3. Must be able to speak, write and understand English.
4. Must have knowledge of office machines and equipment and be able to type at least 60 words per minute.
5. Must possess a positive attitude toward the elderly.
Position requires sitting, standing, stooping, walking, and bending.
At least 2yrs preferred but not required
