  • Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
  • Put together training and sales materials for sales team
  • Manage and organize Outlook (mostly calendars and contacts)
  • Intermediate to advanced applied knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Set up meeting and appointments
  • Maintain our company standards manual
  • Produce written correspondence
  • Conduct research on new ideas and potential business opportunities
  • Assist with vendor relationships- outside agencies and travel supplies
  • Other tasks as assigned
  • Run errands as needed
  • Minimum one year experience providing administrative support
  • Proficient in MS Office and Outlook; and experience with word processing, database management, and creating forms, spreadsheets, and presentations (These skills will be tested at the interview.)
  • Excellent organizational skills and solid written and verbal communication skills required
  • Must be able to anticipate needs and understand urgency of responsibilities
  • Must be able to multi-task, work efficiently, pay close attention to detail, be confident in abilities, be effective, and be extremely task oriented
  • Exude poise and tact when working with executives and their clients
  • Possesses a high level of integrity (confidentiality is a must in this position), and be able to work well within a fast paced, strong willed work environment
  • Must be highly customer service oriented, a self-starter, and a team player with the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
  • Must have a valid driver's license and own reliable car
  • Must pass a background, credit check, and drug test
  • Type 50-60 wpm, with high level of accuracy
Hours: 8A-5P M-F
Compensation: Based on experience
