Provides mail sorting and delivery services to a group.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Receive documents for recording from clients, internal and external.

· Receive UPS, Federal Express and US Mail and distribute packages and obtain signatures from intended recipient.

· Using client manifest or control sheet (if applicable) verify mortgage received.

· Identify missing and/or extra mortgages. Notify Clients of these items.

· Same day processing of all incoming packages and outgoing deliveries.

· Prepare mortgages for processing which includes sorting by state and deliver to appropriate Data Entry team.

· Ensure package contents such as rejections or Resolution items are forwarded to proper department

· Ship mortgages to appropriate parties (i.e. Registries, ISGN field reps or Back to Client (Rejected or Recorded))

· Ensure all documents are mail dated properly prior to sending package.

· Perform QC inspection of documents for accuracy. Rejecting to appropriate supervisor/ staff member if issues are found.

· Adhere to Shipping/ Frequency schedule as directed.

· Must be able to work in a high volume production environment and meet deadlines.

· Perform other related duties as assigned or directed.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Job Related Experience: A minimum of six months related experience. Must be able to follow established guidelines to accomplish tasks and solve routine problems, referring non-routine matters to supervisor.
