We are hiring for a full-time Deputy Program Manager for a 5 year contract with a Military Unit based north east of Denver, Colorado. Requirements are as follows:

Education:
Bachelor degree in Information Technology Field (MIS, CIS, CS), Business
Administration, Engineering, or related discipline or demonstrated equivalent.

Experience:
8+ years in the IT and/or Records Management field, 4 years of which must be in a project management or supervisory role.

Primary Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Program Manager assists in planning and directing the work and ensuring that all contract objectives are met.

Responsible for the contract execution in absence of the Program Manager.

May serve as lead manager over one or more areas of the work.

Responsible for ensuring that appropriate procedures are in place and that employees have adequate training.

Enforces work standards, safety requirements, and compliance with all appropriate procedures.

Assists Program Manager in controlling schedules and reporting progress.
