We are hiring for a full-time Program Manager for a 5 year contract with a Military Unit based north east of Denver, Colorado. Requirements are as follows:

Education:
Bachelor degree in Information Technology Field (MIS, CIS, CS), Business
Administration, Engineering, or related discipline or demonstrated equivalent.

Experience:
12+ years in the IT and/or Records Management field, 6 years of which must be in a project or program management role and managing a staff of at least 15 persons in diverse roles.

Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning and directing the work and ensuring that all contract objectives are met.

Serves as manager and point of contact for the entire contract effort.

Supervises all employees and contract efforts. Responsible for ensuring that appropriate procedures are in place and that employees have adequate training.

Enforces work standards, safety requirements, and compliance with all appropriate procedures.

Responsible for controlling schedules and reporting progress.
