The Recruiter/Program Coordinator is responsible for full life cycle recruiting in a fast paced, high energy, results driven environment. The successful candidate will possess the ability to recruit or assist with recruiting efforts across the organization including Product Development, Product Management, Sales and Corporate Services. You will work to build strong relationships with hiring managers and work to fully understand the hiring needs of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to effectively build success profiles for job openings, determine the appropriate recruiting sources, source and identify qualified candidates, pre-screen resumes, build relationships with prospective candidates, assess talent, negotiate and support hiring manager in developing compensation packages and offers. In addition, the ideal candidate will possess the ability to effectively manage project based work relative to talent acquisition efforts.

Additional Responsibilities:

Ensure high quality hiring manager and candidate experience
Document candidate evaluations and facilitate the entire interview process
Promote the Mitchell brand to candidates and to external service providers
Identify candidates and develop networks of people to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
Assist with the immigration process and administration as a liaison with immigration attorneys, if neede

Knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices

Driving strategies, programs and processes that directly impact talent acquisition

Software Solutions B2B and/or experience in best in class HR organizations

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required
