HR Generalist position available, responsible for recruiting security officers and supervisors in Central Tennessee. Responsibilities include posting jobs on Applicant Tracking System, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring applicants, in-processing of hiring documents, conducting background checks, performing I-9 E-Verify function. Also responsible for file upkeep and maintainence for compliance, licensing tracking, and managing unemployment claims and employee issues, including complaint investigations.
Must be at least 21, have completed at least 2 years of college, be certified or degreed in HR or have 5 years of solid HR experience. Must have reliable transportation for occasional travel. Applicants need excellent computer skills, communication skills, and experience in all aspects of Human Resources.
