Hiring now for a Human Resources Administrator with a primary emphasis in professional recruitment.
Top candidates will have a minimum of 3-5 years in Human Resources with a recruiting emphasis. A proven track record of success utilizing a broad range of search techniques including social media, professional networking, search firms, college recruiting, career fairs, and standard medias. In addition, this position will be required to administer standard HR functions including: on-boarding new hires, employee records, benefits administration, time & attendance, HR projects, training and development, and event planning. In addition, there will be other daily tasks which fall under the scope of Human Resources.
Minimum of 3-5 years in recruiting associate to professional level positions and HR administration.
2-4 year degree and/or equivalent of experience and education preferred. PHR certification is a plus.
