Due to our continuous and sustained growth, we are searching for a talented recruiter/HR Generalis to work in our state of the art facility in Exton PA.
The main focus of this role is to recruit technical, professional, administrative, sales, operative and contractor positions. However, there will be opportunity to learn about and be involved with other aspects of HR
Duties include internal and external job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and managing the candidate interview process and hiring process.
Leverage technology to help in building and agile recruiting function
Manages the applicant tracking system and IS&S career website.
Manages the job description process to ensure current and accurate job descriptions.
Maintains Affirmative Action data; files EEO-1 report annually; maintains other records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations.
May assist in other areas of HR such as developing and implementing talent management strategies and creating new programs to attract and retain talent.

A bachelor's degree and three (3) to five (5) years of Human Resources experience.
Excellent Interviewing skills
Expertise in social media recruiting
Muust have a strong working knowledge of ICIMS or equivalent applicant tracking system
Working knowledge of HR practices, record keeping and employment laws.
Ability to organize and prioritize a heavy workload.
