SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE

Bosque Systems is looking for highly motivated and experienced Corporate Recruiter to assist the recruiting team in meeting the demand of the fast-growing organization in multiple shale plays. This position requires an extremely intuitive person, who is capable of relating to management and individuals of all levels. The incumbent must be sensitive to corporate needs, confidentiality of information, and the public image.

2.0 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage a high level of recruiting in one to two shale regions with the ability to change focuses with the always changing recruiting demands
  • Use sourcing strategies to find talented and diverse candidates through advertising, creative methods of mining the internet, on-line databases, social media, employee referrals, networking events, campus recruiting, military institutions and regional job fairs
  • Aggressively source and contact passive candidates (Must be comfortable cold calling candidates at all levels)
  • Screens, interviews, and recommends prospective employees for employment in senior management, technical, engineering positions and entry level hourly positions
  • Develop methods to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and develop methodology on how to keep the candidates level of interest to meet current and future hiring demands
  • Create internal job postings and manage incoming candidate flow via applicant tracking system (Newton) thru onboarding process
  • Manage the pre-employment criminal background check and drug testing process and perform reference checks to assure the integrity of the candidate
  • Successfully review and create new job descriptions that are compliant with Employment Law regulations
  • Provide weekly results on recruiting & staffing metrics
  • Work with staffing vendors as directed to fill designated positions
  • Comply with general policies and procedures of Bosque Systems, LLC and keeps safety & environment as one of the most important aspects of daily operation
  • Perform Human Resources tasks as needed/assigned
3.0 SCOPE AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Accountable to ensure we hire the most qualified candidate by providing hiring managers with legal guidance and direction on how to effectively assess candidate pool and make a successful hiring decision
  • Incumbent will be accountable for keeping confidentiality as it pertains to salaries unless authorized by HR Management
4.0 REQUIRED COMPETENCIES – Education / Knowledge / Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business or similar field and 3+ years in recruiting for multiple Oil &Gas shale regions OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must be flexible to meet changing deadlines and priorities
  • Experience recruiting for technical, engineering and/or management roles
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability manage multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Intermediate computer experience in MS Excel & Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills and ability to maintain highest professionalism
5.0 PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Office environment with periodic visit to shale regions for recruiting efforts
PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required and must be worn when on jobsite location:
  • Safety Glasses, Hard hats, FRC Clothing and other as required by customer.
