Talent Acquisition Associate – Startups Are you passionate about technology and want to keep learning as technology emerges by the second or just about!? We have built a division dedicated to talent acquisition for startups. They are sprouting, growing and expanding and we are servicing the high demand technology talent primarily in open source and emerging technology and trends.

This isn’t an easy task; you must love challenges and be passionate. What you’ll do… Recruit: dig, research, cold call candidates, network like crazy and build a talent base in emerging technologies to meet the demands of startups. Learn: what you are recruiting for, what startups are about and who would fit the culture not just the skill. Match candidates with the right opportunity according to skill, culture and desire.

Create: new avenues in sourcing talent; places and your approach. Sell: the opportunity and company.
