Northrop Grumman Information Systems sector is seeking a Recruiting Associate to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) team. The Recruiting Associate is an integral member of the TA team providing support to a geographically dispersed customer base with interview, offer and on-boarding processes related to the hire, rehire and transfer of employees.
Roles and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a goal oriented, motivated, self-starter with a desire to learn and contribute in a team environment. The Recruiting Associate will play a key role in the full life cycle recruiting process working closely with the Recruiter. The Recruiting Associate is responsible for administrative functions of the recruiting lifecycle to include: interview coordination, scheduling applicant travel, offer preparation, resume sourcing/screening, coordination of invitational hiring events/job fairs, basic administration of the applicant tracking system workflow to include data integrity, and other various assigned projects.
Basic Qualifications:
High School and 6 years additional education and/or experience in an HR/Recruiting
capacity
Prior experience in a staffing agency or corporate recruiting environment
Knowledge of MS Office applications to include Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment, including the ability to multi task, balance priorities and meet critical deadlines is required
Must be a team player who is flexible, able to provide support to a diverse customer base and demonstrate a focused commitment to providing excellent customer service
Strong interpersonal (oral and written) communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Current experience working with web-based applicant tracking systems
Bachelors Degree
Experience in a full life cycle recruiting environment
