Recruiting Sourcer- Contractor
Screen and identify talent through passive and active sources including postings, social networking, internet research, cold calling, etc.
Contribute significantly to the candidate pipeline on a weekly basis
Makes initial candidate contact and builds relationships/ networks with prospective candidates with the primary focus on lead generation
Build a robust network of top talent and assesses candidates to gauge talent alignment for our technical positions
Research and generate list of target candidate s within established industries
Track and schedule candidates for phone screens, in-person or video conference interviews using our internal applicant tracking system - Jobvite
Liaise with outside vendors on managing and scheduling their candidate pool
Generate offer letters and process necessary paperwork for on-boarding new hires
Handle all ad-hoc projects
Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a technical recruiter or sourcer role - strong preference in the online media space
Experience with advanced internet searches, understanding of Boolean search logic and various search engines
Proven networking abilities and strong follow up skills
Proven track record of delivering quality candidates in a highly competitive space
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing multiple functions and managing time efficiently
Prefer experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Jobvite)
Undergraduate degree required
