This position reports to the Employment Services Division in Columbia. Incumbent will determine organizational requirements and staff accordingly. Ensures that supervisory staff prepare performance planning and evaluation documents. Review and recommend personnel actions; coach; counsel and train direct reports. Measure the impact of employment service programs. Works with the Area Directors and Unemployment Insurance Regional Directors to ensure Agency goals and program performance goals are achieved. Manage the field staff's crisis intervention and conflict resolution actions. Bridge the line of communication between field staff and senior leadership.
Minimum and Additional Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience in project or program management; at least three years of which must have been in a supervisory capacity.
