The Reference Data Change Management Team is responsible for managing and supporting projects on behalf of the Global Reference Data organization. The Global Reference Data team is responsible for maintaining static data for products (instruments), pricing, clients and counter parties.
Main Function The primary function of this role is to assist in the management of the Global Reference Data (GRD) portfolio of projects. More specifically, the individual will be responsible to assist in the User Acceptance Testing function within the Product and Pricing application space. Additionally, the individual may perform business analysis in support of our Product and Pricing program portfolio, including supporting the business requirements and user acceptance testing processes.

The successful applicant will work closely with the regional GRD core processing managers, Reference Data IT, and the system enhancement initiators.
Main Duties

Work directly with project stakeholders and subject matter experts to fully understand requested changes

Create test plans for assigned projects and applications from requirement and functional design documentation

Develop comprehensive and exhaustive testing scenarios for assigned projects and applications

Perform and document UAT for assigned projects and applications

Identify and capture all project related issues

Report status and solicit UAT sign off as needed

Solicit and document project requirements

Become proficient with Product and Pricing applications

Assist with any required data remediation efforts in support of a particular project

Person Requirements Basic Qualifications

Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience

1+ years Reference Data experience

1+ years User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience

1+ years Business Analysis experience

Preferred Qualifications

Broad knowledge of securities products and investment banking

Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office applications

Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate at all levels

Organized, structured, and strong attention to detail

Ability to work with tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
