What you should expect to do…
Achieve or exceed your monthly and annual sales quotas. Take proactive steps to understand and develop your territory to achieve aggressive sales goal s . Communicate and articulate the value of RF Technologies’ products and services and negotiate effectively. Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal, are required. Develop and implement efficient and effective business plans to the sales manager and identify and close sales opportunities. D emonstrate strategic selling principles encompassing prospecting, identifying customer needs and clearly articulating value, pipeline development, deal management, milestone attainment and closing. Forecast your business with accuracy and precision. Manage your schedule. Excellent time management skills and the ability to independently use judgment to prioritize and plan are critical . Possess strong inter-personal communication and relationship skills, specifically relating to stress management, people management, and conflict management. Collaborate within the h ealthcare setting as a conduit to national and regional buying alliances. Cultivate new business. You will be cold calling and following up on company generated leads. D evelop and DELIVER accurate and timely, technical sales proposals . Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure that systems are configured with the proper equipment before quotes are issued. Maintain and update relevant , accurate and current data within customer resource management system and/or sales force automation software. Foster collaborative working relationships with others involved in the sales, service, marketing, product development and installation processes. Network. Continually build a network and develop add itional sales channel contacts. This may include participation in seminars and trade shows at the local and national level . Participate and actively contribute in sales meetings, training se minars, and coaching activities, as requested by the sales manager.

Basic Q ualifications :
3-5 years of demonstrated , exceptional sales experience . Bachelor’s degree in related discipline required . S uccessful track record of exceptional performance over time; sales growth ; exceeding sales goals; driving revenue ; winning. Customer focus ; ability to empathize and really interpret customers’ business needs and present solutions accordingly . Patience, determination, discipline and maturity to endure and manage through long sales cycle s . Ability to travel is required as monthly and annual quota must be achieved . Estimated at 60%. Work hours and schedule may vary according to the needs of our customers. Low-voltage systems sales experience ( CCTV , nurse call, fire alarm, burglar alarm, and etc.) and/or experience selling into healthcare facilities is a plus. Strategic, consultative or solutions-oriented sales experience with both C-level executives and end-users is a plus .
