This position serves as the regional leader of Developmental Disabilities Services for Keystone Human Services operating in Delaware. The Regional Director assures that operations and services are compatible with and in support of the vision, mission, strategic initiatives and policies of Keystone Human Services.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
-Provides leadership and overall supervision of all services for the Delaware region
-Leads and ensures the planning, coordination, and development of services, in assigned region, are in alignment with established agency and departmental goals, operational processes and philosophy of support
-Ensures the development and implementation of a comprehensive quality plan and quality initiatives with data analysis actively used to improve organizational management
-Develops region operating budget/s and assures financial performance within
-Acts as a member of the Intellectual Disability and KHS leadership teams to develop and implement strategic direction and provide solution orientated input into agency-wide concerns
-Makes programmatic or procedural changes needed to improve service delivery
-Assures that all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, contractual requirements as well as policies and procedures are complied with consistently
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years' experience in a human services field (Master's degree preferred) with 5 years of executive/senior level experience. Supervisory and demonstrated management skills required. Familarity with State of DE (DDDS) regulations and policies is preferred. Must posses proven communication skills including oral, written and interpersonal; ability to successfully work in a diverse workforce utilizing the talents and abilities of all employees to effectively build and direct a results-driven team; ability to successfully complete a thorough background check and a Valid driver's license.
