Position Overview: Create and develop Interaction in Latin America. Deliver Active Engagement communication solutions for our clients. Develop new business streams independent of existing clients, as well as from existing clients. Integrate digital into offering with emphasis on strategy and planning. Engage with relevant colleagues and partners in the areas of analytics, search, direct, and creative development across Latin America and the global network. Prioritise profitable revenue streams and grow revenues by managing Latin America’s clients and enlarging the scale and scope of capital projects and infrastructure services provided. Responsible for P&L in region. Secure preferred status with clients and add value to their business. Integrate digital into the wider Latin America business and manage the training and development of staff.

Required Skills: Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Business Administration, Business, Marketing, or a related field, plus six (6) years of progressively responsible post BA experience as Online Marketing Director/Media Manager, Sr./Product Manager, Sales Executive, Sales & Marketing Assistant, Product Analyst, Analyst, or related occupation.

Required Technical/Business Skills and Knowledge:

Experience must include three (3) years in a manager role, two (2) years in a Digital Agency, five (5) years online marketing; online media planning, online campaigns stewardship processes, tools and techniques (research and evaluation): adserving, web-analytics platforms, and attribution models; search engine marketing: paid search and search engine optimization; designing online demand generation strategies and tactics (performance campaigns), web technologies: HTML, XML, CSS, Flash; online media buying self-serve platforms like Google AdWords and Facebook marketplace, understanding of digital marketing interaction processes, the role of Interaction in the communications process and Interaction negotiation, evaluation of key interaction trends, budget control and client profitability, prioritization of tasks and effective delegation, performance marketing, and social media. Five (5) years of experience working with the Latin American online media industry required.
