This position is responsible for maintaining and growing existing customers as well as acquiring new business. Duties will include calling on existing and potential new customers in the territory selling metal roll-up doors. A Regional Manager is responsible for maintaining a high-level, strategic relationship with the top 20% of customers or customers that constitute approximately 80% of their sales base. Ideally, this strategic relationship will focus on the customer's critical agenda issues; opposed to the tactical day to day. The Regional Manager and Inside Sales Coordinator work as a team to meet the service needs of the customer, with the Regional Manager focusing on the strategic and the Inside Sales Coordinator focusing on the tactical.
THIS IS AN OUTSIDE SALES POSITION THAT COVERS THE MID-WEST REGION TO INCLUDE KY/WV/OH & IN.
- Must live within territory: Mid-WEST Region
- Ideal candidate will have 2+ yrs. outside sales experience in the metal roll-up door industry.
- Ability to travel extensively
- Possess strong customer service and communication skills
