Regional Program Administrator (Floater) Locations: MA, CT, NY, NJ and MD Salary: $45,000-$50,000 Industry leader, Related Management, has a great career opportunity for a motivated and professional Regional Program Administrator who will travel throughout the Region to assist with various special projects, including, but not limited to Section 8 recertifications, LIHTC certifications, compliance audit preparation, internal and external audits, and all other various administrative duties. Qualifications for this support position: Strong compliance/regulatory Section 8 and LIHTC knowledge will be critical. Bi-Lingual in English/Spanish strongly preferred. Strong attention to detail critical as well as numeric processing and understanding. Individual must be willing to travel all over the Northeast including MA, CT, NY, including Buffalo and Syracuse, NJ and Maryland on a regular basis. When not traveling, position will be based out of our New Haven, CT corporate office.
