Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing emphasis preferred and five to seven years retail management experience.


Assume responsibility for ensuring assigned stores have access to all resources to ensure optimal merchandising in order to meet corporate goals and projections

On a quarterly basis, evaluate assigned store performance in areas of sales, payroll and inventory

Ensure corporate policies and procedures are followed at store level and act as a resource to assist stores with compliance

Conduct Store Manager performance evaluations and review the performance evaluations of Store Assistant Managers

Coordinate efforts with other Store departments to ensure company goals/projections are being met at store level

Assume leadership role in store grand openings to ensure stores are properly staffed, and the flow of goods and inventory meet store needs

Conduct weekly conference calls with assigned store management staff

Provide input for design and implementation of new store systems and conduct training with assigned store staff

Provide training and supervision/support to Store Managers, Assistant Managers, Manager Trainees and Interns

Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and/or procedures


Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn internal software programs

Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills required

Ability to train, delegate and supervise others

Ability to communicate clearly with customers and co-workers
