Provides support for the C/S Cubicle Curtains sales department, managers, and estimating team. Develops and maintains the overall positioning and business selling strategy through directing, managing and supporting the direct sales force with the goal of achieving a set annual sales volume and profit margin budget. Manages sales activities of organization by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

Responsibilities (Text Only):
  • Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
  • Answers inquire from customers, sales reps, and architects concerning price availability or application of products, technical product information, and commissions/overages.
  • Corresponds with sales reps and customers to obtain missing information, Purchase Orders, and contracts.
  • Reviews project contracts for terms, conditions, document requirements, and performance requirements.
  • Provides guidance and assistance to customers and sales reps in oral or written form.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
  • Works with Marketing to monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competition.
  • Evaluate sales effectiveness and develop new leads and contacts.
  • Manage the direct sales interface with independent representatives.
  • Assists sales support/ marketing staff members in activities such as sales promotion, training or market research in planning and executing special projects.
  • Attain new and maintain existing relationships and control of major accounts.
  • Develop sales tools such as proposal package, PowerPoint presentations, product comparisons, tech manuals, specification sheets, warranty sheets, product boards.
  • Assist in the development of new products to better address the needs of the marketplace including importing, pricing, and launch promotional plans.
  • Develop overall business sales strategy and company positioning.
  • Manage, direct and support day to day salesperson activities.
  • Evaluate sales effectiveness and develop new leads and contacts.
  • Manage the direct sales interface with independent representatives.
  • Assist with Trade Show booth development and coordinate tradeshow attendance including booth design and theme and pre-show mailers.
Qualifications (Text Only):
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Able to create formulas, format reports, filter and sort, simple macro development and trouble shoot spread sheets.
  • Must be able to create charts and new reporting spread sheet from scratch with limited input from managers.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
  • Knowledge of the Healthcare Industry
  • Must be very organized and have a desire and ability to organize others.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Problem solving skills as they relate to the support and administration of the Cubicle Curtain Department.

  • Problem solving skills.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts.
