Regional Sales Manager - Healthcare - CA

Through the orchestration of people, processes and technology, they provide a seamless infrastructure, marrying technology and human capital to optimize staffing operations and streamline cumbersome labor processes.

This is a C-Level CEO/CFO sale and requires someone with a vast amount of C-Level contacts in the Acute Care / Hospital markets. If you do not have them please do not apply as you will not be considered.

The Company's suite of tools and services provide overwhelmed healthcare managers the ability to meet or exceed the budget expectations over which they have been given responsibility.

Base Location: Southern California Palm Springs preferred K

Compensation: $125k - $150k base plus full expenses and benefits - well over $250k at plan.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Manages national sales force to maximize profits & minimize expenses
  • Ensures the achievement of sales/profit goals
  • Assesses potential & develops annual business plans to ensure development of current business & the addition of new business.
  • Develops & cultivates good customer relations via face-to-face contact.
  • Responds to customers' needs consistent with Company standards, culture & business practices.
  • Identifies & implements solutions to customers' needs/problems.
  • Participates/encourages quality assessment, profitability & improvement activities.
  • Generates relevant reports for Company management as needed.
  • Identifies, develops & implements new value adds for the company.
  • Tailors salse strategy to align with Corporate marketing strategy.
  • Utilizes all company direct assets to maximize growth including, but not limited to, other titles, direct mail, etc.
  • Teaches & promotes Company culture.
  • Performs all duties inherent in the role of Company manager as defined by the Company Code of Conduct, including hiring, termination, review & development of associates.
  • Drives the Company culture throughout the company to ensure unity of purpose and fulfillment of the Company's mission.
  • Participates in special projects & performs additional duties as required.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Extensive amount of C-Level contacts in the Healthcare industry
  • A minimum of five years sales experience is required
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • 10+ years outside sales experience is required in software or healthcare related sales.
  • Broad knowledge of acute care facility processes and knowledge of sales theory/skills is required.
  • Excellent communications skills are required.
  • Basic computer literacy desired.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Position requires daily local travel within market territory.
  • Occasional overnight travel is also required. 45% Travel
