Job Description:
The InMobi global sales team is responsible for the company's advertising sales and the monetization of InMobi's global mobile advertising network. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for selling to advertisers and agencies in their region, and in creating effective mobile advertising solutions that meet client needs while exceeding overall quarterly personal revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Help create regional go-to-market sales strategy and revenue forecasts.

Contribute to global go-to-market sales and marketing strategy.

Develop close advertising partnerships with key agencies and direct advertisers in the region.

Close and grow new business.

Exceed quarterly revenue goals.

Co-lead activities of dedicated local account managers in order to provide world class customer support.

Work cross functionally to help articulate and develop new advertising opportunities that meet advertiser needs.

Track and manager advertiser pipeline to inform and exceed quarterly business goals.

Actively prospect.

Help develop the mobile ecosystem and mobile advertising.

Represent InMobi within the industry including at industry events and tradeshows.

Support all regional InMobi client events to ensure success.

Additional Qualifications:
Proven media advertising sales skills and ability to meet or exceed revenue goals.

Proven track record for developing strong client relationships and ability to work cross-functionally.

Strong analytical skills - with proven ability to share insights that drive results and customer value.

Outstanding organizational skills with tremendous attention to detail.

Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Creative and analytical thinker; fast learner.

Self-starter with strong communication skills as well as relationship and negotiation skills.

Online digital media experience is required; mobile ad experience is a plus.

Proven ability to solve customer problems and technical issues, as well as proactively create solutions.

Previous gloabl experience is a plus.

Absolute rockstar level performer.

Ability to work in a start-up environment.
