We are seeking a dynamic, hard working, Regional Manager to join our Homecare medical sales team in the Atlanta, GA area.The Regional Manager, Homecare Sales, is responsibel for identifying, marketing to, selling and implementing a variety of products and services to the Home Health Agency, Hospice and HME markets. Performance will be judged on the Regional Manager's ability to grow gross margin dollars in specific targeted markets vs. pre-determined sales goals and quotas.You must be people-oriented with strong inter-personal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships. NO TELEPHONE CALLS PLEASE.Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Prospecting and selling to Home Health and Hospice Agencies; Sales of Medline's 'HME Solutions' program to HME/DME businesses; Post Discharge referral marketing to HHA, hospital and other sources; Collaborate and work with local Medline sales representatives to educate them on HomeCare, Hospice and HME opportunities; Establishing and nurturing client relationships; Review compliance, patient satisfaction and other service items with agency staff; Participate in local trade shows and health fairs; Occasional cold calling Other duties as required Not responsible for direct interaction with patients.
Bachelors degree required; 3 - 5 years outside sales or account management experience with demonstrated success in program style sales to high level decision makers; knowledge of home health industry a plus; Background in commissioned, quota driven sales; Track record of sales growth and quota attainment; Ability to present multiple product lines to individuals and groups; Excellent communication and organizational skills; Stable work history; Computer proficiency especially in MS Excel, Word, and OutlookMedline is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
