Develop own new prime customer relationships including depository accounts and lending relationships. Manage respective client portfolio to ensure maximum profitability, seamless operational delivery and adherence to bank credit policies and procedures by performing the following duties.
Identify and develop business relationships in the bank trade area through a systematic target marketing/calling process. Calls, contacts and appointments on a daily basis.
Collect financial information, communicate between loan applicant and credit administration, ensure loans are approved, booked and funded in a proper and timely manner.
Cross sell all bank products.
Maximize respective portfolio profitability growth by focusing on high value added relationships and transactions.
Maintain respective portfolio with a professional level of service to existing customers. Provide product expertise, find solutions to customer operating needs, and respond to customer inquiries.
Ensure respective portfolio complies with bank’s credit policies and procedures. Acceptable risk asset reviews. No write offs.
Assist with staff training, product enhancement/positioning, operational requirements.

Must be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and three or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of wide range of bank products and services, banking rules and regulations, credit policies and operational procedures, small business marketing and training process. Must be proficient with a PC and Word, Excel and Outlook.
