Greeting customers, preparing the rental agreement, providing customer with maps and other information needed. Offering optional extras to the customer according to his/her needs. Handling all telephone and email inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner. Providing excellent customer service in all customer contact situations according to our quality standards. Carrying out other job-related tasks as assigned or required. Organizing the daily reservations according to the available fleet. Maintaining cleanliness in the office area. Completing daily lists and reports to Supervisor and Manager. Other job duties as assigned to meet the business needs.
High school diploma / GED required. Must be at least 18 years old. Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, holidays on a 40-hour week basis on a flexible changing schedule. Willing to wear company uniforms. Must have previous experience in the customer service area. Must have valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must have the ability to manage stressful or unusual situations in order to maintain a good customer service. Must have good organizational skills. Must have the ability to adapt in a fast moving environment. Any additional language (Portuguese, Russian, German or French) a plus.
