Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing corporate clients. He/she will develop and maintain relationships, make outbound calls to encourage transaction activity, and manage client’s foreign exchange needs, business requirements and strategy as it relates to their International Payments to ensure that full revenue potential is realized.

Candidate will be responsible for and targeted on meeting specific revenue goals and handling all queries from active corporate customer base quickly and efficiently. This includes responsibility for customers accessing our on-line payment system, initiating and following up payment-related inquiries/investigations by liaising with operations team as required.

Identify and contact non-transacting clients to discover reasons, overcome any objections, resolve issues and reactivate them wherever possible.

The Account Manager / Rep will be responsible for maintaining customer profiles and records in a CRM system on a timely basis.

The successful candidate will also develop strong working relationships with operations and foreign exchange dealing teams and must maintain strict adherence to Company KYC Policy and Anti-Money-Laundering procedures in setting up and maintaining customer relationships.


Required Skills/Qualifications:

Must have demonstrated account management experience in Corporate Foreign Exchange.

Strong knowledge of and experience in spot and forward foreign exchange

Strong analytical skills required in order to develop customized solutions and prioritize portfolio management activities.

High proficiency in verbal and written communication.

Demonstrated strong negotiation and influencing skills in order to handle objections convert and activate prospects.

Ability to clearly communicate product benefits and up sell existing client base.

Demonstrated capability to function optimally in team setting.

Must understand the individual and group responsibilities impact to department profit and revenue targets.

Creative problem-solver.

Experience in foreign exchange spot and forward transactions and international payments is necessary.

Educational requirement: - Bachelors Degree (minimum)
