We are looking for an excellent scanner/printer technician to join our technical team. This is a full time position working business hours. Must have reliable transportation. Time will be split between local on-site service and depot repair.

Qualified candidates must be able to:
-Perform repairs on a wide range of scanners and printers by Panasonic, Bell and Howell, Sharp, HP, Canon.
-Perform general PC troubleshooting and repair
-Achieve expected productivity levels associated with assigned workload and level of experience
- Maintain and manage own parts inventory with a high degree of accuracy
-Perform a full range of servicing and repair service procedures including diagnostics, installation, removal and retrofits on assigned equipment
-Complete all required administrative tasks in an accurate and timely manner
-Exhibit professional appearance and demeanor at all times
-Maintain productive, professional relationship at all times
-Maintain a positive attitude and be a contributing team member
-Complete technical training on new equipment as assigned

Requirements:
-High School Diploma or equivalent – College degree a plus
-Manufacturer Certifications – Panasonic, Sharp, HP, IBM, Lexmark, Canon
-A+, Net + a plus
-Minimum of one years related experience
-Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
-Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
-Reliable transportation to travel to surrounding sites
-Valid state Driver’s License
