The goal of the Third Party Oversight (TPO) program is to ensure our third parties execute to the same high level of performance and conformance to regulations as expected from JPMorgan operations. The scope is global-across all lines of business and corporate functions. Program objectives include structuring the governance, policies & procedures, risk assessment processes, communications, training, technology, and keeping our regulators informed. The result of the program will be a significantly enhanced approach to managing our third parties and resolving all open TPO regulatory Matters Requiring Attention.

The Reporting team will work as part of a global team in the oversight of third parties, including:

Understanding the critical business functions third parties support

Identifying where we engage third parties that are not typically tracked (i.e., not paid through accounts payable)

Engagement of all stakeholders, both internally and externally

Providing transparency to senior management on data logistics issues and results

Objectives:
The Reporting Lead will assist the Reporting team in organizing and executing the TPO program's requirement to create effective senior and detailed management reports as well as reports that will meet regulatory requirements. This will require the ability to analyze, link and reconcile third party data from a number of different data sources. Among the tasks the Reporting Lead will be asked to perform would be:

Manage a team of 2-3 resources in the production and validation of TPO reports

Assist in the BAU production of reports, including the appropriate data validation

Assist in the development of new reports as required, including those which will take the same data and report on it in different ways (by third party, by LOB, by region)

Integrate performance, quality, risk and spend information at an engagement level and help develop strategies for integration at a third party level

Contribute to the development of business requirements for reporting associated with the next generation of the CTPO tool

Partner with other workstreams within the CTPO team, with TPMOs and with other corporate stakeholders as needed on critical items as they occur

Reporting:
The Reporting Lead reports to the Reporting Manager for the firm's Corporate Third Party Oversight team.

Qualifications

Experience:
5+ years relevant work experience in a Reporting Lead role

Critical Skills (required):
Excellent organizational and time management skills

Experience managing and developing junior resources

Strong analytical skills

Excellent communication, relationship building and influencing skills to be able to influence senior management into understanding and supporting the TPO agenda

Strong, proactive task-based approach with focus on delivery

Flexibility and ability to manage schedule according to global time zones
